If you\u2019re been diagnosed with high blood pressure \u2013 or you have a family history of high blood pressure \u2013 it\u2019s important that you do all you can to get it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many people, blood pressure can be lowered through dietary changes.&nbsp; That can mean avoiding medication.&nbsp; For others, lifestyle changes must be combined with medications.
