As long as you&#8217;re eating whole foods and avoiding the foods that are off-limits, you&#8217;re following the plan.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you do also want to honor your level of hunger. Even with healthy food, you don&#8217;t want to stuff yourself until you feel sick and miserable.
